A few quick things... 

  • Everything on this site is free, you don't need to do anything to search the MLS.
  • If you want to save searches or listings, you will be asked to register once, you should be recognized on subsequent visits.
  • If you have any issues, check your browser security settings - this program will place a cookie to recognize you as a repeat visitor if it's set to medium or lower so you won't need to re-enter your info.
  • The MLS search engine will allow you to search in many different ways, including with an interactive map. This is the best and easiest IDX system available.
  • I am happy to help you with custom searches directly off the MLS. This takes just a few minutes and we do it regularly. We can whip up searches for anything in a few key strokes and have data emailed directly to you.
